Modern-day police are befuddled by an old-school burglar who speaks exclusively in prohibition-era gangster slang. When he takes the hapless homeowner hostage, they soon realize there's a language barrier that can only be overcome by one man. One very old man. The story takes an unexpected turn toward the noir as the negotiations begin.
